In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
- "Platform" or "phsuper" means the online gaming website accessible at phsuper.club and all related sub-domains, mobile web interfaces, and APIs operated under the phsuper brand.
- "Operator" means the legal entity that holds the PAGCOR licence under which phsuper operates and is responsible for the Platform's day-to-day management.
- "Player" or "You" means any natural person who has registered a valid phsuper account and is aged 21 years or older.
- "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, including the associated wallet balance and personal information.
- "Wallet" or "Account Balance" means the balance of real-money PHP funds held within a Player's phsuper account, available for wagering and withdrawal.
- "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free spins, or promotional awards granted to a Player by phsuper that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn from a Player's phsuper account.

By accessing, registering on, or using the phsuper Platform in any manner — including browsing, depositing, wagering, or withdrawing — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.
If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the phsuper Platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting phsuper's customer support team.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Player and phsuper with respect to the use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether oral or written. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026.
phsuper reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file.
Access to and participation on the phsuper Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and is non-negotiable.
- You are a resident of the Philippines or are otherwise legally permitted under Philippine law to access real-money online gaming services.
- You are not a resident of, nor physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or affiliate of phsuper, the Operator, or any of phsuper's game-provider partners.

- You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering or operating an account on behalf of any third party.
Age Verification: phsuper will conduct KYC age verification prior to processing large withdrawals or upon reasonable suspicion of underage play. Any account found to be in violation of the 21+ age restriction will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited. phsuper reserves the right to report underage gambling attempts to PAGCOR.
To access real-money gaming on phsuper, you must complete the registration process and create an account. By registering, you warrant and represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
4.1 Registration Requirements
- You must provide a valid Philippine mobile number that you own and control. This number will be used for account verification, OTP authentication, and recovery purposes.
- You must create a unique password of sufficient strength. phsuper recommends a minimum of 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols.
- You must not use a VPN, proxy, or other IP masking service to circumvent geographic restrictions during registration.
4.2 One Account Policy
Each Player is strictly limited to one (1) registered account on phsuper. The following scenarios will be treated as violations of this policy:
- Registering multiple accounts under the same name, mobile number, email address, device, IP address, or payment method.
- Using a different identity or phone number to circumvent a previous account suspension or self-exclusion.
- Operating an account on behalf of, or sharing an account with, another person.
Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, phsuper reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bonus winnings, and retain any balances pending investigation. Remaining legitimate balances may be returned at phsuper's discretion following KYC verification.
4.3 KYC Verification
phsuper conducts KYC verification as required by PAGCOR and Philippine AML regulations. Verification is triggered before the first large withdrawal and may also be required at other points at phsuper's discretion. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following:
- Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, PhilSys national ID)
- Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, barangay certificate dated within 90 days)
- Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account under the same name)
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by phsuper may result in account restriction or closure. phsuper will not release funds to unverified accounts above the applicable threshold.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phsuper account credentials. phsuper will never ask you to disclose your password or SMS OTP code through any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS.
- You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
- You must notify phsuper's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- You are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS on your phsuper account.
- phsuper shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security practices.
Security Tip: If you receive an unsolicited SMS, email, or chat message claiming to be from phsuper and requesting your password or OTP, do not respond and report it immediately to [email protected]. This is a phishing attempt and is not from phsuper.
phsuper accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and USDT (stablecoin). All real-money account balances on phsuper are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
- Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction across all supported channels.
- Maximum Deposit: Subject to the limits of the payment provider and the Player's account tier. High-volume deposits may require additional verification.
- Processing Time: GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your phsuper wallet instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits typically settle within fifteen minutes to one hour.
- No Deposit Fees: phsuper does not charge players any processing fee on standard deposits. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.
- Currency: Only PHP deposits are accepted. Deposits sent in foreign currency will be rejected or subject to conversion at phsuper's prevailing exchange rate.
phsuper reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. All deposits are subject to phsuper's AML monitoring procedures.
Withdrawals at phsuper are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. This policy is applied as an anti-money-laundering control.
7.1 Withdrawal Conditions
- Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
- KYC Requirement: First-time withdrawals above the KYC threshold require completion of identity verification before funds are released.
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
- Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfers typically settle within 1 to 3 hours on business days. Processing is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays.
- Withdrawal Fees: phsuper does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Third-party provider fees are the responsibility of the Player.
7.2 Withdrawal Refusal
phsuper reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal of funds in the following circumstances:
- KYC documentation has not been provided or has not been verified to phsuper's satisfaction.
- The account is under investigation for fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
- Regulatory requirements, including AML freeze orders, have been applied to the account.
- The requested withdrawal amount exceeds the Player's verified real-money balance.
phsuper offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be stated clearly at the time the offer is presented. The following general bonus terms apply to all phsuper promotions:
- Bonuses are valid only for the Player to whom they are issued. Bonus sharing, gifting, or transferring between accounts is prohibited.
- phsuper reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.
- Only one bonus may be active at any time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
- Wagering with bonus funds on certain game categories (e.g., live dealer games, specific table games) may be restricted or may contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements. This will be specified in the offer terms.
- phsuper may require Players to opt in explicitly to receive bonus funds. Players who prefer to deposit without bonus may do so by not activating any available offer.
Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system — including matched betting using bonus funds, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors, or any form of collusion — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension. phsuper uses automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse.
All wagers placed on phsuper — whether in the casino, sportsbook, live casino, bingo rooms, or any other section of the Platform — are subject to the following general betting rules:
- Bets are final once confirmed. phsuper cannot cancel or modify a confirmed wager except in the specific circumstances described below.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game or betting market. phsuper may adjust bet limits without prior notice.
- In the event of a technical error or system malfunction affecting game outcome or bet settlement, phsuper reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to the Players' wallets.
- Winnings from casino games are credited to your phsuper wallet immediately upon confirmation of the game result. Sports betting winnings are settled following official confirmation of event results.
- phsuper does not accept bets placed with fraudulent intent, including bets designed to exploit pricing errors, data feed errors, or integrity violations in sports events.
9.1 Sports Betting Specific Rules
- Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final.
- Live in-play bets are accepted at phsuper's discretion. In-play odds are subject to suspension during key moments (e.g., penalty kicks, video review decisions).
- If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum time threshold applicable to that sport, all pre-match wagers will be voided and stakes returned.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phsuper Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communication with phsuper support.
- Registering or operating more than one phsuper account.
- Using the Platform while physically located in or as a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- Using third-party software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to exploit games or promotions.
- Laundering money or engaging in any activity that violates Philippine AML laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
- Attempting to access the Platform using compromised credentials belonging to another Player.
- Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks, payment reversals, or payment disputes that are not in good faith.
- Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct directed at phsuper staff or other Players through any channel.
All content on the phsuper Platform — including but not limited to the phsuper brand name, logos, website design, game graphics, text, software, and data — is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant the Player any right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phsuper content without prior written authorisation.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any phsuper software or game.
- Use phsuper's brand name, logos, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phsuper and the Operator shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
- Any technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or data transmission errors that affect a Player's access to the Platform or the outcome of any wager.
- Any action taken by phsuper in good faith pursuant to these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension pending investigation.
- Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to the Player's own negligence.
Nothing in this Section 12 shall limit phsuper's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by phsuper's gross negligence or wilful misconduct, to the extent such limitation is prohibited under Philippine law.
phsuper provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform at all times.
phsuper is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gaming on phsuper is intended to be a form of entertainment — not a source of income, and not something that should cause financial or personal harm.
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their phsuper account at any time via account settings. Once set, deposit limits may only be decreased immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Limits: Players may set session time limits that will produce a notification or log out the Player automatically upon expiry.
- Reality Checks: phsuper can be configured to display periodic reminders showing session duration and net gambling balance.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request self-exclusion via phsuper's live chat support. Self-exclusion is activated immediately and may be set for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely.
- Age Restriction: All gaming activities on phsuper are strictly for players aged 21 and above in compliance with PAGCOR regulations.

Suspension & Termination
14.1 Termination by the Player
Players may close their phsuper account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to KYC completion.
14.2 Suspension or Termination by phsuper
phsuper reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player's account, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false identity, age, or contact information during registration or KYC.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
- A regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login, deposit, or wagering activity.
In the event of termination for cause, phsuper may forfeit any bonus funds, and may withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Players will be informed of the reason for termination where legally permissible to do so.

Amendments to These Terms
phsuper may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it affects Players' core rights or obligations — phsuper will provide reasonable advance notice via the registered mobile number or email on file before the amendment takes effect.
Minor amendments — including clarifications, formatting updates, or corrections that do not affect the substance of any Player's rights — may be made without prior notice. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.
Continued use of the phsuper Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9287 (Anti-Illegal Numbers Game Law), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act), and the applicable rules and regulations of PAGCOR.
16.1 Dispute Resolution Process
In the event of a dispute between a Player and phsuper, the following process shall apply:
- Step 1 – Internal Complaint: The Player must first submit a formal complaint to phsuper's customer support team, either via live chat or by email to [email protected], providing full details of the dispute including account information, date, and amount involved.
- Step 2 – phsuper Review: phsuper will investigate the complaint and provide a written response within 5 business days. Complex cases may require up to 14 business days.
- Step 3 – PAGCOR Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with phsuper's resolution, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR for adjudication, in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaints procedures.
- Step 4 – Philippine Courts: If PAGCOR mediation does not resolve the dispute, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila.
