Self-Exclusion

Loss Limits

Available Self-Exclusion Periods

30-day self-exclusion. Your phsuper account will be suspended for exactly 30 days from the moment of activation. During this period you cannot log in, make deposits, or place any wagers. At the end of 30 days, you will receive a notification asking whether you wish to resume or extend your exclusion. Reactivation is not automatic — you must make an explicit choice.

90-day self-exclusion. A three-month break is often recommended as a minimum for players who feel their gaming habits have become difficult to control. During the 90-day period, all marketing communications from phsuper will also be suspended. You will not receive promotional emails, SMS messages, or bonus notifications.

180-day self-exclusion. A six-month period provides significant time and distance from gambling to allow habits to reset. Permanent self-exclusion. An indefinite exclusion has no automatic end date. To lift an indefinite exclusion, you must contact phsuper's support team directly, submit a formal reinstatement request, and complete a mandatory 7-day waiting period after making the request. phsuper reserves the right to decline reinstatement if we have reason to believe it is not in the player's best interest.

The 21+ Rule at phsuper
