phsuper retains personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by Philippine law (including PAGCOR and AML record-keeping obligations). Data is securely deleted when retention periods expire.
If phsuper updates this Privacy Policy in a material way, we will notify registered players via their registered mobile number or email. We will never change our data practices without informing you first.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to all personal data collected, processed, stored, and used by phsuper ("we", "us", "our") in connection with the operation of the phsuper online gaming platform accessible at phsuper.club (the "Platform"). It applies to all registered players, prospective players who browse the Platform, and any other individuals whose personal data we process in the course of providing our services to the Philippine market.

By registering for a phsuper account or by continuing to use the Platform after this Policy has been made available to you, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how phsuper processes your personal data as described in this document. The data controller responsible for the personal data processed through the phsuper Platform is the licensed Operator holding the PAGCOR online gaming licence under which phsuper operates. All data processing activities conducted by phsuper are carried out in accordance with the Operator's PAGCOR licence conditions and applicable Philippine data protection law.

PAGCOR Compliance: As a PAGCOR-licensed platform, phsuper is subject to the data governance requirements set by PAGCOR in addition to the requirements of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. Where PAGCOR requirements impose stricter data handling obligations than this Policy, PAGCOR requirements shall prevail.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in a manner that prevents reconstruction of the original data. Anonymised aggregate data (which cannot identify any individual) may be retained indefinitely for statistical and business intelligence purposes.

Data Breach Notification: In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk of serious harm to affected players, phsuper will notify the affected players and the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within the timeframes required under the Data Privacy Act and NPC Circular No. 16-03. Notification will be provided via the registered mobile number or email address on file.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its IRR, every Filipino data subject — including all phsuper players — has the following rights with respect to their personal data. phsuper will respond to all rights requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt, at no charge to the data subject.
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data phsuper holds about you, along with information about how it is processed.
You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data phsuper holds about you.
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, subject to phsuper's legal retention obligations.
You have the right to object to processing of your personal data where phsuper relies on legitimate interests as the legal basis, including direct marketing.
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format to transfer to another data controller.
If you believe phsuper has violated your data privacy rights, you may file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

The phsuper Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above in accordance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirement for online gaming in the Philippines. phsuper does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If phsuper becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data from our systems and permanently close the associated account. Any deposits made by an underage player will be handled in accordance with phsuper's Terms & Conditions and PAGCOR's guidelines for underage gambling incidents.

phsuper's primary data processing infrastructure is located within, or accessible from, the Philippines. However, some of phsuper's service providers — including cloud hosting and game provider partners — may process data outside the Philippines.
Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, phsuper ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect that data in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act. These safeguards include:

Where an update to this Policy is material — meaning it significantly affects how we collect, use, or share your personal data, or it reduces your rights as a data subject — phsuper will provide advance notice to registered players via the mobile number or email address on file, at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the change takes effect.
Minor amendments, including corrections, clarifications, and updates required to reflect changes in Philippine law that do not reduce player rights, may be implemented without advance notice. Continued use of the phsuper Platform after an update to this Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

National Privacy Commission (NPC): If you are not satisfied with phsuper's response to your data privacy concern, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. The NPC is the government body responsible for enforcing the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and can be reached through its official website and offices. phsuper will cooperate fully with any NPC investigation.
